Some companies use strictly lower case in advertisements to seem informal and casual, and give the off impression that they’re an easy-going crew where it’s okay for employees arrive to work with a couple of loose buttons or a days worth of stubble because they’re chill like that. These are geared towards a younger more sophisticated demographic. no biggie.
