Crone Craft

There is a real, as in more than usual, inkling of the bewitched to these twisted synth lullabies from Crone Craft, aka Denvers Lindsay Thorson, unexpectedly pricking the heart in jerky angles, alternately dissonantly ugly and enchantingly beautiful. But 90% the latter so it’s all good. One of the tracks also features one of my fav lyrics of late which goes “we are a circle within a circle”, in a song that is a weird semi-take on Islands In The Stream.
